Experiencing a Delay In Receiving the Work Order Life Cycle Events

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer was observing some delay in getting work order life cycle events from ASAP to one of their upstream systems.
Based on the time-stamp from COMP_DTS attribute of tbl_wrk_ord and from eventTime of OrderCompleteEvent (in WebLogic log), customer found a 1 min 40 sec delay.
Note: Work orders are submitted through a JMS interface.
