HDR: CLIQUE_ID Not Populated When Loading Editable Terminology Using OVERWRITE Option In Control File (Doc ID 2178090.1)

When the ETS Loader and Importer are used with the OVERWRITE property set to TRUE to update an Editable terminology the HCT_ET_CONCEPTS.CLIQUE_ID is set to NULL for all rows in the Coding Scheme Version.

This causes all processing that access any code from that version to return an error. The error is caused by the equivalence check, which performs a null comparison.

Customer is expected HCT_ET_CONCEPTS.CLIQUE_ID to be updated appropriately.

The work-around for this is to fill in the missing CLIQUE_ID by running the ETS Maintenance program on the active tables.
