A way to return the value of a field, such as "Serial Number" from the Item entity based on the "Equipment ID" populated on the "Equipment" tab of a "Service Point".  There is no java interface between the "com.splwg.ccb.domain.customerinfo.servicePoint.entity.ServicePoint" and the "Equipment" tab on the Service Point screen, so another method will have to be used to obtain the requested info.
