Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unifier Integrated with Active Directory(AD) (in Traditional Chinese environment), login will fail if their Distinguished Name(DN) has Chinese character.

For Example

CN=ABC123456,OU=C123,OU=使用者,OU=C123,DC=ABCTest,DC=com,DC=test

When using "ABC123456" to login Unifier, error message says "使用者名稱或密碼無效" ("Invalid User Name or Password")
