When attempting to run New Product launch,
the following error occurs.

System error during launch request validation. Please contact Demantra application administrator.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Collaborator Workbench.
2. Open New Product Launch Management worksheet.
3. Run New Product Launch method.
4. It fails.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot launch a new product. The feature of copy data from a source product at a given site/account to a new product can not be used , making impossible to introduce and forecast new products.
