Purchase Orders created by replenishment are not considered in the calculation of Deal Bill Back Rebate (BBR) actuals, due to the order in which batches are being executed.
The dealact and rplapprv batch is scheduled in Phase 3, and the documentation states no dependency of rplapprv on completion of dealact. So both the batches can run in parallel after salstage, where the
DEAL_ACTUAL_ITEM_LOC might not get calculated for Deal BBR PO on that day (VDATE) which is created by the rplapprv.
DEAL_ACTUAL_ITEM_LOC values are also not calculated the next day (VDATE+1) for the purchase order approved by rplapprv due to a condition in the dealact package, where VDATE = ORDHEAD.ORIG_APPROVAL_DATE.
