Web CallEntry (WCE) – Freezes periodically.

Since upgrading to V1.12 there have been report from users of WCE freezing and locking up intermittently.  The only option is to kill the process in task manager to rectify.

Error reported in the client log when hung is reporting every 30 secs

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Performing a search by call id
  2. Submit a save in the call details dialogue.
  3. Then again doing a search on same call id by hitting the enter key.
