ERROR No Records in SALES_DATA Engine cannot run (Doc ID 2179866.1)

Symptoms

The EngineStarter is starting up.

Problem is with Engine Manager. Don't see a process for Engine Manager, no helpful messages on the screen to debug further.

$ ./Start_Engine2K.sh
To see messages for debug, run this command in this console:
source /software/Engine12.2.5.1/Engine/bin/setenv.sh; ./EngineManager.exe 1 1
 $ ps -ef|grep Engine
  833 7084 0 13:11 pts/1 00:00:00 grep Engine
  26108 7084 0 12:33 pts/1 00:00:00 /bin/bash ./EngineStarter.sh
  26116 26108 0 12:33 pts/1 00:00:00 ./EngineStarter DEM_CONN <NAME> 4
 


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run engine
2. no process for Engine Manager
