"User [nms1] Does Not Match [jdoe] Or Both Values Are Null" Log Message Explained (Doc ID 2180000.1)

Symptoms


Attempting to record a  Switch Plan was failing.  No error dialogs in the application or Java Client Console were noticed.  But, the WebLogic managed server log has several WARN messages:
