All Scheduled Reports Fail for Instantis EnterpriseTrack - Unique Case Please Read Carefully (Doc ID 2180072.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


None of the Scheduled Reports ran successfully and no emails were generated to make user aware.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Users have scheduled reports set to run
  2. The environment has a Report failure email set up to alert when reports do not run
  3. Reports are not received, and no failure email received.

NOTE: Administrative users can also verify the last attempted Run of the any report with the following instruction:

Navigate to Administration > Resource & Securit y Admin > Resource Admin Reports > Scheduled Reports By Resource Report [link] to review the "Date of Last Run Attempt" column.

Verification in Instantis trace log will look something like this:

Patchset was applied to the environment less than a week prior.

NOTE: Although the patchset was installed just prior to this even, this was not triggered by the installation of this patchset.  This was a different cause.
