Symptoms

On : 7.3.5.1 version, Administration

Unable to access Infrastructure Login page, after a long wait received the following error:

Error:
Could not retrieve list of languages from Server.
Please contact the system administrator.

SMSService.log shows several errors during reveluesstartup.sh

[DACCONNECTIONPROVIDER]Error getting connection from pool : java.sql.SQLException: Unable to start the Universal Connection
Pool: oracle.ucp.UniversalConnectionPoolException: Cannot get Connection from Datasource

Caused by: oracle.ucp.UniversalConnectionPoolException: Cannot get Connection from Datasource

Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor


Steps:
1. Installed Infrastructure successfully.
2. Installed Hedge Management 6.1.1, then Infrastructure is no longer working.
