If a FA Sync Request is sent from CCB to MDM/SOM and there is no proper DVM FA Type mapping, SOM will reject the Sync Request which pushes the CCB Sync Request to the Error status. However, the CCB Sync Request does not show the error on the Sync Request page either in the Exception Details or Log tab
