After Upgrade, Logging into Agile EDM is Very Slow

After upgrading from Agile EDM version 22.214.171.124, users are experiencing login delays of 30 minutes or more when attempting to logging into Agile EDM version 6.2. The login process is normal until the server connection is made, then the session does not continue normally. Eventually, the session is established and it is possible to use the client but then again some functions like queries are also slow but nothing is as bad as the latency experience when logging into Agile EDM.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. After upgrade to Agile EDM 6.2, try to log into Agile EDM. 2. Severe latency is seen.
