Error:"The current Pro/E working directory (c:\Program Files\PTC\EMX 9.0\components\mm\ Does not match..." When Using Creo EMX License With MCAD connector

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Using MCAD Connector (3.4) for Agile PLM (9.3.4) and PTC Creo software (3.0), when trying to use the EMX license for PTC Creo the following warning message appear:
The current Pro/E working directory (c:\Program Files\PTC\EMX 9.0\components\mm\
Does not match
The current AgileEC Workspace (C:\AgileEC\wspaces\Default\)!
New objects will be saved in the Pro/E working directory only.
They will not be saved to the current AgileEC\Workspace.
To match workspaces, select NO and use "change workspace" in AgileEC Workspace Manager.
Select yes to continue saving to Pro/E working directory only.
Steps to reproduce:
o Creo3 (with MCAD integration) is run using the “Mold” license
o A mold assembly is opened
o The “EMX General” tab is selected
o The “Assembly definition” button is pressed
o The user gets the above warning message
