When attempting to install the application using the MSS.{release}.{buildNbr}_AppServerInstaller.jar, an "Error Connecting to Admin Server" message is received in the "MetaSolv Solution Installation - Select Server" window. Below is the complete text of the message displayed by the installer.

1. Create a WebLogic domain

2. Run the installer java -jar MSS.{release}.{buildNbr}_AppServerInstaller.jar
