Initial startup of the FLISR Report tool is very slow.
After login the first use of some web workspace tools takes time to populate them. In the production system it would take 40 seconds to populate FLISR report. Subsequent call up of the FLISR report would populate within 2 seconds. Users had been complaining of tools taking time to populate after their login but the tools would become faster on the second and later usages. FLISR report is the most noticeable in its response. On my initial login to production I had the same slowness to populate FLISR report and then I logged out and back in but the FLISR report then was responding faster (1 to 2 seconds).
No errors were seen in the Java console for the client.
