Scheduled Composite Report Not Running Correctly In Instantis EnterpriseTrack

Instantis EnterpriseTrack - Version 188.8.131.52 and later Instantis EnterpriseTrack Cloud Service - Version 184.108.40.206 and later Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to receive a scheduled report by email, the report does not run (as the History table is empty), however this report is able to run manually. Report Type: Composite Report Template: No
The Error in Cron Job log records this error (however, the report runs manually):
ERROR ----------------------- Please set mandatory filters for the individual Report <>. The value for filter Initiative is mandatory. [Evaluation of Pre Validation binding page block.]
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Login as Report creator 2. Set Report to run at a scheduled time 3. Report does not run, and is not emailed as expected 4. Manually run the report, this is successful
