HTTP 403 Error When Attempting To Open Snapshot In Cash Flow Worksheet

When attempting to open a Snapshot from within the Cash Flow Worksheet, a new browser window appears and displays an HTTP 403 error:
Access to <application URL> was denied
You don't have authorization to view this page.
HTTP ERROR 403
This does not seem to be a Unifier user permissions error.
