Task List In Oracle ATG Knowledge Is Not Showing Results

After clicking on the Tasks button in Knowledge Manager, and selecting the SolutionTasks Queue tab, there are no tasks listed even though there is no filter applied. Also, the Group dropdown list displays no groups with the dropdown open or closed.
