How to Configure AMR Outages Reported From Multispeak Use ALIAS Instead Of DEVICE_ID? (Doc ID 2181906.1)

AMI type calls that are being reported via the Mutlispeak adapter (nms-multispeak.ear) are being placed into the INCIDENTS table with the OBJECT field populated with the DEVICE_ID (from CES_CUSTOMERS) instead of the device ALIAS.
This results in the outage showing up in the JOBS table and thus the Work Agenda with an alias of the DEVICE_ID instead of the actual ALIAS value.

How to configure AMI outages that are created properly show the device ALIAS and not the DEVICE_ID?
