Symptoms

 Steps to Reproduce
--------------------
1. Go to the portal of Forgot User ID/Password.
2. Enter Username and email Address.
3. Click the Reset Password button.
4. Get an notification mail with the new password.
5. Login by the username and new password.


Actual Result
-------------------
Unable to login until about 30 minutes later.
