- In a customer setup involving siebel-aia-brm, performance acceptance testing is performed by executing a SOAK test ( load test )
- The soak test consists of a full day time blend of orders like activation, disconnection, modifications from multiple channels, as well as batch jobs and third party integration service calls using peak volumes from production for each
- It is consistently observed that after a couple of hours of steady state into the test, PIN_ERR_STREAM_IO errors start surfacing in cm pinlog and orders start to fail
- All dm_oracle configuration parameters like front_ends and back_ends have been increased to handle full load, still the errors persist
cm log snippet :
Expected result :
There should be no STREAM_IO errors during the load test
