Symptoms
On : 1.12.0.3 version, Web Switching
If an operator is recording steps in a switch plan, every time the operator presses the Save button, the "Record" button changes to "Record Off".
RECORD button is 'turned off' each time a user 'saves' from within their sheet
The RECORD button should not toggle off after the SAVE button is pressed
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start recording a switch plan
2. Press Save
3. Observe that the Record button toggles off
