Change of Lifecycle State for Subscription Service (Doc ID 2182422.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.13.0 version, Subscription Management

The lifecycle state of the service did not change to the default value when PCM_OP_CUST_SET_STATUS is used to close the account with service "/service/telco/gsm/XXX_subs" which has lifecycle state 200 and status 10100.

Note: Lifecycle state 200 is the default lifecycle state for status 10100.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
The current lifecycle state of the service "/service/telco/gsm/XXX_subs" is 240 and status is 10100.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
The final lifecycle state and status should change to 299 and 10103  respectively.

STEPS
-----------------------
Call PCM_OP_CUST_SET_STATUS with below flist, the PIN_FLD_LIFECYCLE_STATE of the flist after opcode execution is still 240.
