Its Not Possible To Edit Exchange Rate On Customs Entry Header Screen (Doc ID 2182442.1)

Symptoms

Its not possible to edit exchange rate on Customs Entry Header [cehead] screen.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create and approve an import PO.
  2. Create and finalize the transportation record.
  3. Open the Customs Entry Header screen in edit mode.
  4. Note that customs entry is in worksheet status and exchange rate field is disabled.
  5. The exchange rate field retrieves the same value as defined in the PO and is not possible to edit.
  6. Change the customs entry status from worksheet to sent.
  7. Change the status back to worksheet.
  8. Note that now exchange rate field has been enabled.
