Batch Execution Screen Shows 'ERROR' and Causes the OFSAA Application to Hang / Freeze (Doc ID 2182594.1)

While trying to search in the Operations > Batch Execution screen, you get 'ERROR' on the screen and the application hangs there.

You find the following ORA-01843 error in the RevAppserver.log:
