Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) 15.0.1, while printing item tickets and shelf labels, the application is throwing a 'Connecting to Web Service' error.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
- Click on Print.
- Click on Item Ticket.
- Click on Create.
- Enter Item Number.
- Select Format Type.
- Select Format Name.
- Enter the Quantity.
- Click on Save.
- Select Item and Click on Print Ticket.
- Application throws error on UI.
