When going to Group Print, TBS will begin Not Responding and can clock upwards of 15 minutes. Other times when you hit Group Print the PopUp Box will only be half way visible. The top portion shows but the piece they need to DLR/Record Issue will be not showing. Please note it is not just Group Print, this can happen with other popup boxes within TBS. The odd part is it all of a sudden began happening around 7/21/16. No changes were made to TBS around that time so we really feel this very well could have been caused by a PC Update.
he customers citrix team found it to be a Microsoft (MS) Patching issue on our side.
The customer is not sure which MS Patch caused the issue so will slowly add them back to see if they can figure out which Patch caused the issue.
