Not Able to Return to the Transaction List from the Transaction Detail Screen in ReSA (Doc ID 2182919.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA) 14.0.x, users are not able to return to the Transaction List from the Transaction Detail screen.   It is expected that users should be returned to the list of transactions, so a different one can be selected for viewing.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to Transaction Find screen.
  2. Enter search parameters.
  3. Click OK to get the list of transactions.
  4. Select a transaction and click OK to go to the Transaction Detail screen.
  5. Click OK to return to the transaction list, and instead you go back to the (protected) Transaction Search screen.
