Symptoms

Actual Behavior

MDS Table USER_D.ENABLE Is Not Populated Correctly. It is updated by AGILEUSER.DELETE_FLAG

Expected Behavior

MDS table USER_D.ENABLE to be updated by correct data

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Confirm there is no Averify errors
2. Run Full load
3. Check USER_D table
