Loading Data to CAS Record Store Fails with " RecordManager has been closed" Error. (Doc ID 2183107.1)

When loading the data in CAS record store the following error occurs in /Endeca/CAS/workspace/logs/recordstore-cmd.log.

Reproducible Steps:
1. Load data in CAS
2. Check the logs under /Endeca/CAS/workspace/logs for RecordManager errors

Business Impact:
Unable to update the data in CAS record store.
