Getting Error For Couple Of IWS - Security Violation: User System Has Insufficient Permission (Doc ID 2183269.1)

Goal

Getting below exception for couple of custom IWS. This error is also not consistent. Once in a day we are getting this exception.

javax.ejb.EJBTransactionRolledbackException: EJB Exception: ; nested exception is:
  javax.ejb.EJBAccessException: [EJB:010160]Security violation: User system has insufficient permission to access EJB type=, application=SPLService, module=spl-servicebean-4.2.0.3.0.jar, ejb=SPLServiceBean, method=read, methodInterface=Remote, signature={java.lang.String,com.splwg.base.api.service.IPageHeader,com.splwg.base.api.service.IRequestContext}.
