ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Corrupted History Detail when using CreateClient attached rule

When creating a client using the attached rule called CreateClient, the AsHistoryDetail is not populated properly :
The TODATA column is being populated with the name of the MathVariables instead of the value.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The AsHistoryDetail table should be populated with values instead of the variable names.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Configure a client level transaction (possibly policy level or other plan level as well) with the attached rule CreateClient.
2.process activity - CreateClient, the new client is properly created
3.AsHisotryDetail related to the activity is wrong. The TODATA column is being populated with the name of the MathVariables instead of the value.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot Cannot use the AsHistoryDetail table to retrieve historical information.
