SIM Application Throws Error While Saving Setup Attributes: 'Error executing batch statement' (Doc ID 2184082.1)

In Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) 15.0 version, when editing and saving Setup >> Ext Attributes, the application throws the below error:

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in to SIM
  2. Navigate to Admin >> Setup >> Etx. Attributes >> Setup Attributes
  3. Edit any name or just double click on any name for editing and click on Save button
  4. Notice the above error
