When looking at a user Resource Calendar for the work week, the hours are displayed as set.
When running the Resource Template Ad Hoc Report, the resources calendar hours are not accurately reflected on the report, compared to the resources hours in the Calendar.
STEPS To Confirm This Issue:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Verify the Resource Calendar hours
2. Run the Resource Template Ad Hoc Report
3. Compare the two for all resources, do they all match?
Due to this issue, users cannot utilize the Resource Template Ad Hoc Report as the data is incorrect, this adds time to planning and scheduling.
Calendar for the resource has been changed, this issue does not seem to affect resources who have never changed the work week hour availability.
