Symptoms

On : 2.4.0.3.0 version,
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

During the Apply step for Migration Set Import where a script with SCRIPT_NAME = 3CREATE-FO we are getting an error the script does not have '$' on it.
 
[CCBSYSKWorker:4] ERROR (com.splwg.base.support.scripting.InvocableScript) Unable to parse script.
20: move '0' to $3CREATE-FO.COUNT-FOS-UPDATED-WITH-COMMENT;
  ^
30: move '0' to $3CREATE-FO.COUNT-FOS-CREATED;
40: move '3CREATE-FO' to $FUNC-ERROR-SCRIPT-NAME;
