On : version, Fund Information

In TransactionAllocationScreen, if money is to be removed from a fund that is not in the policy (or where value is insufficient to cover the withdrawal),
the user will usually get V005 edit. This works with allocation methods Amount and Percent.
However, V005 edit doesn't appear with allocation methods Units and PercentOfFund (but should).

This particular scenario should behave as if user attempted to remove more units that there is in fund.
Basically, there should not be any difference if user tries to remove from a "not-in-policy" fund or if number of units is more than what's in policy. In both cases the V005 edit should appear.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to a policy.
2. Select Withdrawal transaction
3. Select as Withdrawal Method Units
4. In TransactionAllocationScreen, user selects from dropdown fund list a fund that is not in the policy.
5. V005 edit should appear
6. OIPA instead will process the transaction and put the amount withdrawn at zero.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can use not-in-policy funds.
