EJournal Exported in the Wrong Format in Transaction Tracker

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Oracle Retail Central Office (ORCO), when attempting to export EJournals from the Transaction Tracker details page, the exported pdf file displays results improperly formatted.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to ORCO.
2. Click on 'Transaction Tracker' -> Electronic Journals.
3. Enter transaction detail and click search.
4. EJournal detail view is displayed. Export and save in PDF format.
5. Open pdf file and observe that the view is formatted incorrectly.
