DomainDaemon -stopActiveServers Is Not Terminating the Rpasdb Process When in Global Domain

When a user is logged into the Fusion Client and is working/creating a workbook in the global domain, the DomainDaemon binary using the switch -stopActiveServers does not terminate the RpasDBServer session. Thus, it is not possible to stop the DomainDaemon port.
