Custom PX Unable To Get Files From File Server (Doc ID 2185384.1)

Symptoms

Custom URL PX deploy on the Tomcat server no longer works after domain name changed.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Agile Web client.
2. Run PX to get file
3. Operation fails with error : Error processing RowId = 7797497 DataObjectId =
class: 9000




Changes

 Changed the domain name and moved the server physically to a different location.
