Symptoms

Filter tab shows blank

Default Change Filter
Default Change Request Filter

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login Java client as administrator

2. Go to Admin Tab| System Settings| Agile Content Service |Filters

3. Select Default Change Filter

Changes

 Upgraded from 9.3.0.1 to 9.3.5
