Error:'NullPointerException' in Web Client While Exporting Random Change Orders

For random Change Orders ATOs are not moved to Destination.


  1. Web Client || ATO || History  "Unable to extract {0}. See the log for details"
  2. Web client || Export Wizard    "NullPointerException"


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Web Client.
  2. Release Change Order.
  3. ATOs are not moved to the Destination
  4. Destination fails with Error: "Unable to extract {0}. See the log for details".
  5. Export the same Change Order in axml format.
  6. Error: "NullPointerException"
