Symptoms
pin_amt -p works extremely slow on BRM 7.5 PS14.
Details :
* command used : pin_amt -p 0.0.0.5
* as per a customer test scenario, when pin_amt is run in purge mode, it takes over 4000 seconds for 830 accounts.
* it takes much longer than migration.
* customer needs to migrate large number of accounts along with purge within a given maintenance window and with the above performance, it will be difficult to accommodate
