Symptoms

On : 10.2.0.0 version, Client

10.2.0.0 AsFile - AsClientAltID - cannot write valid record - EffectiveFrom and EffectiveTo columns

When selecting an Alternate Name in the Alternate Name screen, an exception occurs. Only happens when the Alternate Name has been written by AsFile. When EffectiveFrom and/or EffectiveTo are included in the AsFile, a SOAP exception occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Group Customer using AsFile, including alternate names
2. In OIPA, find the Group Customer you created
3. Click on the alternate name that was created - exception occurs with no detail

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Cannot create a valid group customer with alternate names via an interface
