Symptoms

Requests Made to InForm Adapter are Returning a 500 Internal Server Error 

When attempting to download ODM, a 500 error is returned. When tracing on the InForm Adapter server is turned on for the ODM interface, the request shows the username and password being passed, but the timestamps for when the request is valid are not in the header.

The response shows "An invalid security token was provided".

 This was occurring with a request from a Linux client.
