Upgrade - Sim Manager And Num Manager Problem During Installation BRM 7.5

On : 188.8.131.52.0 version, SIM Manager
Customer are upgrading to BRM 7.5 from 7.4.
The installation of the optional components Sim Manager and Num manager was ok launching the commands:
While launching the pin_setup for both components Customer are getting an error because the the files below are not found:

Please check why the installation script does not install these files ?
