Symptoms

Trying to creating a custom profile by copying an existing profile through ESM Mapping Utility.
The profile looks to have been created, however, it did not insert any rows into ESM_OWNER.CFG_M2_ADDITIONAL table.
Rather, the following error was generated:

ORA-00001: unique constraint (ESM_OWNER.PK_CFG_M2_ADDITIONAL) violated
