Creating a Filter Named 'All Projects' Does Not Display for Users. (Doc ID 2186218.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


When creating a Project Filter named 'All Projects', the application does not display the Filter, but applies the Filter to the Project Layout.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into P6 client.
2. Navigate to Enterprise, Projects.
3. Select the Filter Icon.
4. Select New.
5. Name the Filter "All Projects" and a Parameter to your liking. Select Save.
6. Issue occurs.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the Filter named 'All Projects'.
