In Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) 14.1, PurgeItemTickets batch is experiencing a timeout exception when purging a huge data set.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set DAYS_TO_HOLD_ITEM_TICKETS to 12 days
2. Run PurgeItemTickets batch for one day data (around 22k records in DB)
3. Notice that the batch fails with "Transaction timed out after 5403 seconds" exception.
