Error During Service Reactivation (Doc ID 2186793.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Applications 7.5.0.15.0 version, Subscription Management, the below error is observed on the cm.pinlog during service reactivation after upgrading BRM from 7.4 to BRM 7.5 + MPS1 + PS15.
